Return & Exchange Policy – Golden Roots Alchemy
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, we do allow exchanges under certain conditions.
Exchanges
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- To request an exchange, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Once approved, we will send a replacement for the same item.
Shipping Time
Please note that our products are handmade and may take 3–6 weeks for processing and delivery. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this timeframe.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Used products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Orders outside the 7-day exchange window
If shipments is delivered we are not responsible for stolen packages
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback after an order has been shipped is a violation of our store policy. Customers are expected to contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
